We deliver island wide to your doorstep at your selected date and time slot. Delivery is free for orders above $100. For orders below $80, a flat fee of $8 will apply.

Definitely!

For items that are available daily, you may add on items to your order up till 24 hours before your selected delivery date and time slot.

For air-flown items, you may add the products to your order before the deadline for your selected delivery date and time slot. Please refer to the airflown and delivery schedule here

Yes, you can make changes to your delivery address, date and time slot up to 24 hours before your original delivery address/date/time slot. Kindly drop us a message or give us a call at 8877 8831 or drop us an e-mail at order@shinshoku.sg with your order number and updated delivery time slot.

We understand that you may change your mind.

For items that are available daily, do kindly inform us 24 hours before your selected delivery date and time slot and we will be happy to make the necessary changes for you.

For air-flown products (e.g. uni, fresh seafood), please kindly notify us 72 working hours before your selected delivery time slot. However, in the event that the product is already on its way to Singapore, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

Yes, please indicate your preferred date and timing for delivery upon checking out.

Our Delivery Timing as follows

Tuesday and Wednesday: 12pm - 6pm

Friday Saturday and Sunday: 12pm - 6pm

We regret to inform you that self-collection is currently unavailable until further notice.

If you would like us to leave your order with your neighbour, please indicate in the Remarks section when checking out. Your neighbour will be asked to provide us with your order number and name for verification purposes.

Please take note that Shinshoku will not be liable for any damages or quality changes if the product has not been handled properly after collection.

Deliveries will be scheduled according to your chosen date and selected time slot.

If you have a specific timing request, we will put a note to notify our delivery personnel. However, we seek your kind understanding on the need to maintain a time block to cater for traffic delays as well as deliveries to other customers.

Once payment has been made via PayPal, credit or debit card, your order is confirmed. A confirmation e-mail and invoice will also be sent to your e-mail address.

For other payment methods e.g. PayNow, Internet Bank Transfer,   your order will only be confirmed and processed once payment is received.

We regret to inform you that Cash on Delivery is not accepted. Orders are confirmed and processed only upon successful receipt of payment via the respective electronic modes.

We do not ship our items internationally at the moment.

At Shinshoku, our commitment is to provide the freshest and highest quality food for you. All our products are selected, purchased and checked by our dedicated specialists to ensure they meet our quality specifications. We do not purchase products that fall short of our strict standards.

Shipping - Our products are air-flown in daily from Japan and kept at the optimum temperature throughout the journey

Local Storage - All our products are hand packed by our experienced packing crew to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.

On the Road - To ensure freshness of your order, frozen products are packed in a cooler bag with ice packs. Our logistics team will ensure prompt delivery at your convenient time slot.

You may add on any items to your existing order by following these steps:

  1. Cart in the products you would like to add-on
  2. Select the original date of your delivery. If the date is blocked out, select any date to proceed.
  3. In the Comments section, select ‘Add to Existing Order (Your Original Order Number)’
  4. Make your payment through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayNow or Internet Bank Transfer

Kindly note that a minimum of $30 is required for any add-on order.

You can enter the coupon code on the check-out page and your total bill will be recalculated to reflect the discount.

We accept the following modes of payment: PayPal, Visa debit/credit cards, Mastercard debit/credit cards, PayNow, and Internet Bank Transfer. Payment details as follows:

Kindly indicate your order number in the transaction to facilitate the matching of payments and orders.

1. Order Number

2. Transfer Reference Number

3. Preferred delivery date and time slot

For next day delivery, kindly place your order before 9 PM. The confirmation of your order will be subjected to a first-come, first-served basis, and product availability.

Your products will stay fresh in our delivery bags for 2 to 3 hours.

For frozen products, please store it in the freezer upon receiving the items.

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery for orders of $100 and above.

A flat fee of $8 will apply for orders below $100

  3. Key in your shipping information and contact details
  4. Make your payment through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayNow or Internet Bank Transfer
  5. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and the last step is to wait for your delicious products to arrive. Enjoy!

All our products are hand packed by our trained and experienced packing crew to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition. Our delivery personnel are also experienced in handling perishable products. No matter what you order, you can be assured that your order is well cared for at every step.

To ensure that your food remains fresh, your products will be packaged into (paper bags/ plastic bags/ signature non-woven bag/ signature insulator bags) with ice packs.

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to an order that’s already been made. We regret to inform you that reimbursements will not be provided if the code was not applied on check-out.

Yes, a minimum order of $30 is needed to qualify for delivery.

Unavailable Items: If the item/s you paid for becomes unavailable, a refund will be made.

If it is still within your stipulated delivery time frame, we seek your kind understanding and patience. However, if your order has not arrived within the time slot chosen, please reach out to us at 8877 8831 with your order number and we will locate the delivery person to ensure that your order is on the way.

Kindly include your order number and clear images of the damaged products within 12 hours of delivery time. Refunds and exchanges will be made at the discretion of Shinshoku.

Please also note that claims unsupported with photographic proof will be rejected.

Please ensure that someone is at home to receive the produce. If nobody is present, our team will drop you a call and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before heading off to complete other deliveries.

For missed deliveries, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to reschedule another delivery time. Please note that a re-delivery fee of $8 will be applicable, you can either pay us by PayNow or Internet Bank Transfer.

If you would like to cancel your order, a service fee of $20 will be deducted before a refund is made. Please note that air-flown products and delivery fees are non-refundable.

By proceeding with an order with Shinshoku, you agree to all terms and conditions stated here unconditionally.

If the product is sold out on our website, kindly drop us an e-mail on the individual product so you will be notified when the product is back in stock.

We place quality at the forefront and pride ourselves in sourcing and selecting the best quality produce from Japan.

Our products are carefully selected from auction houses from Toyosu market and flown in fresh on the same day to retain the highest freshness and quality. For product-specific information, please check the product description.

As our fishes are sliced and packaged in Japan to ensure the highest quality, this range is to accommodate variations in product availability. At Shinshoku, we only charge the minimum, and any additional surplus received is complimentary.
