How to store
The Alaskan King Crab Leg is to be kept in the freezer, for up to 2 weeks. After defrosting, do not refreeze. The product is best consumed within 3 days after thawing.
How to enjoy this
1. Once Alaskan King Crab Legs have been thawed, cut legs to smaller pieces according to your preference.
2. Cut through the shell of the crab leg to expose crab meat
3. GRILLING: Sprinkle salt on the exposed crab meat and grill for 5 minutes. Once crab meat starts to rise, it is ready to be consumed
BOILING: Put in boiling water (under high heat) mixed with shoyu, salt, and sake(optional) for 3 minutes, then transfer to ice bath for about 30 seconds
STEAM: Set a steamer tray inside a large pot and pour enough water inside to steam the crab. Bring water to a boil before laying the crab legs on the steamer. Cover the pot and steam for 3 minutes.
